My name is Guillaume, I work as Deputy Project Director, I am most often in Dunkirk but I travel a lot to the other two facilities. It has been 3 years since I joined Minakem. A support function like Project Management implies working with many different departments, and with customers. You have to be able to work together, build a team to achieve ambitious goals. Understanding the objectives and challenges of each party is essential to achieve this goal. Interacting communication and empathy for others are essential skills to have. To achieve this, I try to encourage as much as possible exchanges and synergies between departments and facilities.
