During your first days, you follow an onboarding program. You’ll be introduced to the teams and services, you’ll be asked to follow the required training (security, etc), and receive your welcome guide. It contains all useful information to make it easier for you to get to know the company, your department, your function. An individual onboarding schedule is set up, depending on the requirements of your new position to accelerate your learning curve and bring you quickly up to speed and build your internal network.
