How does it work at Minakem?
via different channels. Either you applied directly on our career site spontaneously or by responding to an open job vacancy, or through one of our partner job boards that relay our job opportunities, or also through the Minakem cooptation program.
You will be contacted by the recruitment team for a pre-qualification interview over the phone which, if successful, will be followed by interviews with our teams.
This is an important step in our process, an opportunity for you to meet the teams and discover the working environment. You will have one or more interviews with human resources and the team that will welcome you. You’ll learn more about the elements of the job and our company culture.
Congratulations, we would like you to join Minakem to be part of its future success stories and you have confirmed your interest. The Human Resources department in collaboration with your future manager will now take over to make you a job offer. You are close to joining the team, and take on this new challenge in your career.
During your first days, you follow an onboarding program. You’ll be introduced to the teams and services, you’ll be asked to follow the required training (security, etc), and receive your welcome guide. It contains all useful information to make it easier for you to get to know the company, your department, your function. An individual onboarding schedule is set up, depending on the requirements of your new position to accelerate your learning curve and bring you quickly up to speed and build your internal network.
