I have been working for more than 15 years on the Louvain-la-Neuve site, and currently a Quality Assurance Manager. I started my career in regulatory affairs. I then moved on to Quality Assurance. In these two services, one of the essential values is integrity. All of our actions and decisions must be in line with our beliefs. Concretely, it means having a behavior, taking decisions and actions in accordance with what we defend (produce molecules and active ingredients which will allow treating patients) and what we want to be (we want to be trustworthy for these patients, and for our customers (pharmaceutical companies) This is precisely what builds and maintain trust between ourselves and our customers.
I hope that people who made medicines that I will one day have to take or give to my children have taken their mission as seriously as I do in my duty when I have to approve or sign a document of compliance.

Thinking that we all work at Minakem for the patient's well being who is waiting for his medication at the end of the chain. Patients need to be entitled to trust us. All our decisions must be made to earn that trust. Patients could be me or one of my beloved ones. Quality Assurance is the "final signature" at Minakem guaranteeing the trust our customers expect and deserve to be willing to continue to want to work with us.
