For example, if a colleague is overwhelmed and I have a free time between two manipulations, I do not hesitate to help him, I know that the same would be done for me. If everyone thought only of themselves, research and development would not progress as quickly. We learn from failures and mistakes and share the "little tricks" to succeed in handling. On top of that, we have to be persistent because research is 8 out of 10 chances that it doesn't work the first time. You have to understand why and persevere in order to solve the problem. And every time an experiment or a new manipulation works, it's always the same joy.
