When I get to work, we greet each other and exchange with the other teams. We take over someone's work and inevitably, when we are done with our day, we give the work back to someone else. The change of shitt usually happens between the operator and the supervisor. For my part, in generally like to see the operator who will follow me and chat directly with him. It's a good way to operate, when there is real dialogue, I find it more constructive. Good collaboration allows to avoid mistakes, to make things evolve in the right direction, to solve problems together, there are always more ideas in many heads and then everyone's experience is always good to take.
